About the Role

You will support our team organizationally and operationally in the project day-to-day. You will work closely with project leadership and management, accompany educational formats from planning to follow-up, and help ensure that processes, materials, and organizational procedures mesh reliably. You will gain insights into the practical implementation of an educational project and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project leadership and project management in operational day-to-day business.
  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of workshops, events, and educational formats.
  • Assist with appointment coordination and organizational processes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, overviews, and documentation.
  • Support general administrative and organizational tasks within the project context.
  • Support communication with participants, schools, youth centers, and cooperation partners.
  • Participate in organizational coordination with internal and external contacts.
  • Prepare materials and schedules.
  • Accompany individual educational and event formats.
  • Research topics related to education, democracy, and anti-discrimination.
  • Prepare information, presentations, and project-related overviews.
  • Participate in documentation, monitoring, and filing structures.
  • Support project-related communication and public relations measures.

Requirements

  • You are studying education, social work, social sciences, political science, cultural studies, communication studies, or comparable fields.
  • You have an interest in education, democracy, and human rights work.
  • You work in a structured and reliable manner.
  • You have organizational skills and initiative.
  • You communicate confidently and have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You handle diversity, discrimination, and socio-political issues with sensitivity and reflection.
  • You are proficient in using digital tools.
  • English language skills are an advantage.
