About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand & Presentation Designer to create compelling pitch decks, keynotes, and concept presentations. This role involves owning the visual language across all external-facing assets and ensuring brand consistency for over 180 employees. You will also be responsible for building an organized asset library and pushing the visual language forward as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build pitch decks, keynotes, and concept presentations for new business, leadership, and investors.
- Own PowerPoint templates and presentation kits to ensure consistency for over 180 employees.
- Build an internal asset library for decks, templates, and brand assets, ensuring easy access and organization.
- Maintain and sharpen TSC’s visual identity across all external-facing assets, both print and digital.
- Design proposals, collateral, and brand assets for company-wide communication.
- Advance the visual language through typography, motion, format, and expression.
- Collaborate with Strategy, New Business, Marketing, Creative, and the board to translate strategy into memorable visuals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in presentation design, brand design, or art direction.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, or Figma.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and hierarchy.
- Experience building scalable brand systems and presentation templates.
- Ability to establish clear naming conventions, version control, and an organized asset home.
- Skill in transforming complex ideas into clear, persuasive visual stories.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Fluent English.
