About the Role
In this role, you'll be helping French-speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect, using technology and AI-powered communication to help businesses recover outstanding receivables efficiently and respectfully.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties in French across multiple communication channels.
- Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes.
- Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, at a professional level.
- Experience in a customer service or support role.
- A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services (preferred).
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish and/or German (preferred).
