About the Role

This role leads the delivery of General Insurance products, supporting Zurich’s strategy across existing and emerging market segments. It requires balancing technical detail, stakeholder engagement, and agile project delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery across general insurance lines of business, from scoping and drafting through to launch and release
  • Draft and maintain product documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business needs
  • Partner across business units to enhance products, support strategic initiatives and help bring product priorities to life
  • Ensure product delivery meets Zurich’s internal processes as well as relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Use market research and competitor insights to identify opportunities and support continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • Proven product development experience, ideally within general insurance
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance principles, including underwriting, claims, risk management, pricing, and claims practices
  • Experience drafting product and related documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of teams
