About the Role
Dash0 is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap, goals, and metrics for agentic AI. This role involves building trust with engineering and design teams, as well as stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership. The central challenge is defining the capabilities and safety of AI agents in production.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve goals by defining relevant KPIs for autonomous agents and aligning targets with leadership.
- Steer a senior engineering and design team towards results using data and logic.
- Manage the operating rhythm for the product area in partnership with the Director of Product, including planning, prioritization, and cross-level alignment.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, covering both 'Chat' (investigations on demand) and 'Automations' (autonomous investigations).
- Drive the commercial strategy, including shaping task-based credit pricing and packaging.
- Partner directly with sales on technical buyer engagement.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with SREs, on-call engineers, and platform teams to understand workflows.
- Demo the full Dash0 platform and engage with customers on product capabilities.
- Act as a credible external voice by speaking at events, publishing opinions, and engaging with the OTel, SRE, and AI engineering communities.
Requirements

- Ability to steer others toward results and sign up for goals achievable through a team.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and rationale to diverse audiences.
- Ability to keep teams and functions aligned without direct authority.
- Demonstrable product taste, with examples of shipped products and strong opinions on agentic product success factors.
- Drive and rapid learning velocity, with hands-on experience using AI tools and a demonstrated ability to master new domains quickly.
- Customer-facing strength, including confidence in demoing the full platform and participating in technical sales conversations.
- Experience shipping an AI/LLM product to production, including managing evaluations, non-determinism, model regressions, and cost-per-task economics.
