About the Role

This role focuses on Post Merger Integration (PMI) within Accenture's Corporate Development team, leading the entire M&A process from deal sourcing to closing and integration. You will be responsible for formulating and executing PMI strategies in collaboration with business units, acting as a key partner in driving integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of PMI strategies in collaboration with business units for M&A projects.
• Oversee the entire PMI process, including reporting to management and investment committees.
• Act as a partner to business units, driving practical implementation of PMI.
• Participate in M&A due diligence, pre-closing preparations, and post-acquisition integration phases.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, business units, M&A execution teams, administrative departments, and target company management and employees.
• Provide support for staff-level roles, with opportunities to expand responsibilities based on individual capabilities.
• Collaborate with global M&A/PMI experts and participate in international M&A/PMI projects.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• Native level Japanese proficiency.
• Business level English proficiency.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including creating meeting materials and organizing discussion points using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in project management, including schedule development, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder consensus building.
