About the Role

Join Hedin Automotive as a Sales Enquiry Advisor, the first point of contact for customers beginning their BMW or MINI journey. Based in a centralised contact call centre, you will manage enquiries across multiple channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, relationship building, and career development within a leading automotive retailer.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to email, live chat, online, and event-generated sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and vehicle requirements, matching them with suitable BMW or MINI vehicles.
Respond to digital enquiries through Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service level targets.
Accurately record customer information and enquiries within the DMS system.
Allocate enquiries to Sales Executives in collaboration with the relevant manager.
Connect customers with the appropriate sales executive.
Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives.
Stay updated on the BMW & MINI product range, new technologies, and competitors to confidently discuss cars and services.
Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or call centre environment, ideally advising on products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Up to £19,848 OTE per annum
