About the Role
As a working student in Bioinformatics, you will support the analysis of NGS data, develop bioinformatics pipelines, and prepare data for AI-based interpretation within the CaniSense diagnostic workflow. Join our team and embark on a research and innovation journey!
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain bioinformatics scripts, tools, and analysis pipelines.
- Support the processing and quality control of sequencing data.
- Build and optimize pipelines that link NGS results with AI models.
- Assist with cfDNA, CNV, fragmentomics, and other biomarker-related analyses.
- Help with data preparation, feature extraction, and documentation.
- Improve workflow automation and reproducibility.
- Document pipelines, analysis steps, and results.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bioinformatics or related degree program.
- Experience with NGS data analysis.
- Proficiency in developing bioinformatics pipelines.
- Familiarity with data preparation for AI interpretation.
- Knowledge of cfDNA, CNV, and fragmentomics analyses is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience with workflow automation and reproducibility.
