About the Role
This role will support the VP of Insights & Analytics by contributing to the team's data analysis and presentation efforts as well as handling a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will become comfortable working with sales data and be able to interpret and present it in a clear and compelling manner. Responsibilities
- Assist in project management for the group and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Calendar/appointment management as well as virtual and in-person event coordination and meeting attendance.
- Coordinate and manage the monthly sales analysis newsletter, including gathering content, formatting, and distribution.
- Conduct research, pull and organize data from various sources to support the analysis functions of the team.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- File and maintain travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reports.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
