About the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer at Fiserv, you will be responsible for the overall quality of mobile companion apps on the Android and iOS platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute test plans, ensuring quality delivery and improving user experience by reproducing complex customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop QA strategies for the Android and iOS mobile apps.
- Ensure the overall quality of the mobile companion apps on the Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product, and design to create and execute test plans.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance testing coverage and effectiveness, including non-standard automation tools.
- Contribute actively to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and scripts.
- Assist in debugging and resolving customer issues by reproducing complex scenarios in-house.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Mobile App QA for apps on Apple and Google stores.
- Strong experience in test planning, strategy, and risk analysis.
- 3+ years with UI automation tools (UI Automator, Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- 4+ years with CI tools/processes (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins).
