About the Role

Support the development and enhancement of retirement products, helping deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while navigating a dynamic regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end product development across retail and institutional retirement products
  • Prepare product specifications, business cases, and governance committee papers
  • Manage product initiatives through governance and approval forums
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Actuarial, Pricing, Legal, Risk, Distribution, Marketing, IT, and Operations
  • Provide product expertise to support delivery teams, adviser communications, and customer-facing materials

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in product management or product development
  • Experience within superannuation, retirement income, life insurance, wealth management, or a related financial services environment
  • Knowledge of the Australian retirement and regulatory landscape
  • Experience preparing business cases, committee papers, and governance documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and project coordination skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Provide two references
