Responsibilities

Ensuring the satisfaction and quality of life for our residents according to the facility's mission, goals, and principles.
Leading, training, guiding, and developing nursing staff, considering care concepts, standards, and qualifications.
Planning personnel deployment, services, and vacation time based on needs.
Planning, coordinating, and evaluating care and work processes, including quality assurance.
Representing the facility internally and externally, and optimizing customer acquisition.

Requirements

State-recognized qualification as a specialist in geriatric, health, or hospital nursing with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Completed degree in nursing or recognized qualification as a Nursing Service Manager according to §71 SGB XI with 1,000 hours.
Strong communication and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees.
