About the Role
We are seeking a Job Coach/Consultant with at least one year of experience in supporting employed individuals receiving SGB-II benefits. The role involves developing potential and opening pathways to employment that ensures a livelihood. Proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, or Romanian is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on an equal footing.
- Facilitate employment growth through analysis of existing employment relationships, advising on increasing working hours, and direct employer outreach.
- Conduct individual coaching, including potential analysis and developing action plans for career improvement.
- Offer crisis counseling for professional or personal challenges, such as dealing with official mail or balancing work and family life.
- Empower individuals by fostering self-responsibility and building confidence for the primary labor market.
- Engage in network activities, acting as a liaison between participants, the Jobcenter, and employers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational or academic degree.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in social/vocational integration of the target group.
- Sound knowledge of the educational landscape, labor market demands, and company selection criteria.
- Labor market expertise with a compassionate approach.
- German language skills at least C1 level.
- Motivated, sociable, and team-oriented personality with strong empathy, even in challenging life situations.
