About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, APAC, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day management of Insight's leased property portfolio across the region. This role involves driving real estate strategy and compliance, managing facilities operations and budgets, leading lease and space management, and ensuring safety and business continuity across all APAC sites. Responsibilities
- Drive real estate strategy and compliance by partnering with Finance and Executive leadership to set real estate objectives, establish facilities policies, and produce timely reporting.
- Manage facilities operations and budgets by planning maintenance, managing the Real Estate Operating Expense Budget, engaging contractors, and owning operational SLAs and P&L.
- Lead lease and space management by identifying and acquiring space, negotiating leases, preparing financial analyses, managing fit outs and relocations, and resolving tenant and building issues with landlords.
- Ensure safety and business continuity by managing emergency services, access control, preventative and reactive maintenance, and acting as a key stakeholder in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in Facilities Management with deep experience in lease negotiation, site fitouts, vendor management, contract negotiation, P&L and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read complex situations from multiple perspectives, develop well-reasoned solutions, and price work effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with proven capability to present to senior stakeholders, work with external partners, and build trusted relationships quickly.
- Proven track record of operational excellence, with strong planning, organisation, and time management skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
