About the Role
We are seeking dependable Construction Data Capture Technicians to collect field data on active construction sites using specialized camera and surveying equipment. This role offers full training, making it ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking hands-on experience in an emerging industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate 360-degree cameras and data capture equipment on construction sites
- Collect accurate site data following established procedures
- Walk construction sites to document project progress
- Maintain accurate records and communicate project updates
- Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures
- Work closely with project teams to meet project objectives
- Ensure equipment is handled safely and properly
- Travel to construction sites within the Austin area as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable walking long distances throughout the workday
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic comfort using technology and electronic equipment
- Friday availability is required
- Minimum of 5–10 hours every Friday
