About the Role

As a Transition Manager, you will be responsible for large and international transition projects, from planning in the sales phase, transferring from CMO, IMO to FMO, including handover to delivery. You will lead the transition team through all phases of the transition and bear overall responsibility for costs, deadlines, and contractually agreed services of the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in bid preparation and take responsibility for the transition solution and planned costs in the bids.
  • Lead and have full responsibility for transition preparation, execution, and completion, ensuring service delivery according to the agreed transition plan and contract, considering budget requirements.
  • Lead the transition team and monitor and control the transition.
  • Identify potential transition risks and incorporate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate at all hierarchical levels and provide regular, transparent reporting on the status of transition execution and potential plan deviations.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading large infrastructure transition projects and managing project teams of up to 50 employees.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and develop complex service and business models; strong in consulting, analysis, and structured work.
  • Confident stakeholder and customer management, strong communication and presentation skills towards service providers, internal teams, and C-level.
  • Teamwork skills, high willingness to learn, and readiness for national and international travel.
