About the Role

This role involves managing all aspects of new graduate recruitment, including strategy development, employer branding, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies, from candidate pool formation to selection and onboarding.
• Build employer branding through advertising, collaboration with the PR department, and social media.
• Form candidate pools by building relationships with universities and organizing events.
• Manage candidates through the selection process, offers, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
• Provide market information and recruitment progress reports to relevant departments.

Requirements

• Work experience in consulting firms or the SIer industry (recruitment experience not required).
• Comfortable with English and willing to improve.
• Ability to handle emails in English using translation tools.
• Willingness to improve English proficiency.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 equivalent.
