About the Role

Accenture is seeking experienced professionals for a role in talent acquisition. This position involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide market insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of experienced hiring.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, building relationships with recruitment agencies, and planning/executing events and seminars.
• Manage candidates through the interview process, engagement, offer, and follow-up stages, ensuring smooth progress tracking.
• Report and collaborate with relevant departments, providing market information.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in recruitment within a company or at a recruitment agency.
• Comfortable with English and motivated to improve English proficiency (e.g., able to use translation tools for emails, committed to improving English skills).
• Equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 or higher.
