About the Role
As an Aftermarket Product Support Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, identify opportunities and deliver aftermarket parts and service solutions that maximise equipment performance, reliability and lifecycle value. You will help customers optimise their Caterpillar Energy Solutions assets while connecting them with the products, services and support programs that deliver long-term value. You will play an important role in growing EPSA's gas engine aftermarket business while supporting sustainable customer outcomes and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow aftermarket parts, service and customer support opportunities across Caterpillar Energy Solutions customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and lifecycle value.
- Establish and grow Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), maintenance agreements and long-term service contracts.
- Generate and qualify opportunities for both aftermarket and new equipment sales, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer engagement, opportunity and pipeline information within Salesforce to support long-term account growth.
Requirements
- Experience in aftermarket sales, product support, parts and services, account management, service sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, power generation systems, gas engines, diesel engines or related technologies.
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities that deliver mutual value.
- Trade qualifications, mechanical background
- Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Experience working with Caterpillar Energy Solutions, power generation, gas compression or industrial engine applications.
- Experience managing service contracts, Customer Value Agreements or maintenance agreements.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer activity and opportunities.
