About the Role

The Bilingual Support Officer provides high-quality bilingual support and customer service, focusing on enhancing the client experience and managing inquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of bilingual support for clients, primarily students in the classroom
  • Effective communication and workflow between clients, customer service, operational and academic staff

Requirements

  • Demonstrated face-to-face, phone and email customer service experience
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Good administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to remain focussed and manage priorities in the face of competing demands
  • Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches relevant to our clients
  • Experience in working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of programs and contracts
  • Previous experience in the education industry
