About the Role
The position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive product ticket sales services including advice, explanations, and recommendations on sales, refunds, exchanges, and payments. Sales Representatives collaborate with the Ticketing Services team to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced knowledge of a computerized ticketing system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer service across all ticketing sales channels.
- Provide comprehensive ticketing services, including advice, explanation, and recommendations on sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Accurately manage high volumes of cash/credit transactions and diverse customer inquiries.
- Utilize judgment for exchanges, refunds, lost tickets, performance recommendations, and seating information.
- Efficiently handle customer queries and resolve problems within established guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products available from the Box Office and Contact Centre.
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Australian visa with work rights at the time of application.
- Must be eligible to work for at least two to three shifts per week.
- Must have at least 2 years left on visa or the option to renew.
- Offer of employment subject to a satisfactory National Police Check.
- Offer of employment subject to a satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
- Must attend all paid, in-person training dates.
- Must attend an in-person Assessment Centre.

- Based on $32.75 per hour plus 23.3% Casual Loading, 11.5% Scale Penalty and 12% Superannuation Contributions
