About the Role
As our Fleet Manager, you will take ownership of HOLY's vehicle fleet, ensuring Field Force and Sales teams have reliable, cost-efficient, and fully operational vehicles. You will coordinate the full fleet lifecycle, from procurement and leasing to maintenance, insurance, and returns, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Fleet procurement & lifecycle management: Own the end-to-end administration of our vehicle fleet, from coordinating new vehicle orders and leasing contracts to handovers, returns, and end-of-life disposal.
- Vehicle branding & operational setup: Coordinate vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in line with HOLY's brand standards.
- Accident, insurance & repair management: Act as the first point of contact for accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims, documenting incidents and coordinating repairs.
- Cost, invoice & compliance tracking: Track fleet-related costs, fines, invoices, and contracts, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Stakeholder & partner coordination: Serve as the central contact for Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers.
Requirements
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach to operational problems.
- Highly organized and detail-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to remain structured and reliable under pressure during urgent situations.
