About the Role
As the Engineering Product Manager, you will serve as the voice of the customer, leading the vision and roadmap for Tetragon products to deliver advanced eBPF-powered runtime security capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and roadmap for Tetragon-based products to detect, investigate, and mitigate cloud-native threats.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer by engaging directly with users to translate challenges into product requirements.
- Collaborate with eBPF engineers to drive the evolution of Kubernetes-native infrastructure security.
- Empower sales teams with tools, demonstrations, and technical validation for runtime security solutions.
- Partner with marketing to create technical blog posts, white papers, videos, and interactive labs.
- Support Customer Success teams in driving user adoption.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and meetups to foster the open-source community.
Requirements
- Bachelors with 8 years, Masters with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years of related experience in product management or cybersecurity product development.
- Experience in Cloud Native security and SecOps workflows including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Experience building enterprise-grade software for Fortune 500 customers.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience in the Cloud Native security competitive landscape and driving Go-To-Market strategies.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth initiatives.
