About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Information and Digital team, partnering closely with stakeholders across BaptistCare to deliver meaningful system and process improvements. In this role, you will work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements, map current and future processes, and support the selection and implementation of technology solutions for Community Services and Housing.

Requirements

Strong experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, process modelling, system evaluation, and business case development
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, and other technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working on business system implementation projects
Strong communication skills
Experience in process design, testing and supporting technology delivery initiatives
