About the Role

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist on the Surgical Business team, you will drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities, redesigning processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and patient outcomes. This role is ideal for early-career talent seeking a long-term career in a global medtech company.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall operational performance of the Surgical business.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and lead projects.
  • Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Field Sales team in achieving business goals by executing standardized and streamlined ways of working in Business Operations.
  • Understand the business ecosystem, including Revenue, Inventory, Consignment, Backorder, Kitting Process, and Contract Management.
  • Communicate critical information to drive process transformation and deliver efficiency and cost-savings to the Surgical business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or enablement role
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Willingness to travel as required for work
  • Demonstrates high level of initiative and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Ability to articulate information accurately and persuasively across different stakeholder groups.
