About the Role

As an HR Business Partner for an Accenture affiliate's business unit, you will build trust with management, identify and solve HR challenges specific to the department or the entire organization, and drive necessary actions. You will collaborate with the hiring team to review and improve recruitment processes, provide consultation and coaching to employees throughout their lifecycle, and offer HR-related advice and decision support to department leaders regarding performance and compensation. Additionally, you will identify and propose solutions for urgent talent and performance management issues, plan and facilitate HR training for employees and managers, and collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoE) and department leaders on employee engagement and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives. You will also support organizational and cultural development through labor relations procedures and coordination with relevant departments.

Responsibilities

  • Review and improve recruitment processes in collaboration with the hiring team.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees from onboarding to separation.
  • Offer HR perspectives and decision support to department leaders during performance and compensation reviews.
  • Identify and propose improvements for talent and performance management.
  • Plan, implement, and facilitate HR-related training for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with CoE and department leaders on employee engagement and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives.
  • Support organizational and cultural development through labor relations procedures and coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in HR and labor relations.
  • Experience as a generalist in HR (salary, social security, onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping).
  • Native level Japanese proficiency.
  • English proficiency (conversational or above, able to read/write business English, TOEIC 600+).
  • Ability to commute to the office.
