About the Role

As a Crown Ambassador within the Residential Concierge team at Crown Sydney, you will provide elevated and personalized service experiences for guests and visitors, while ensuring the needs of residents are met. This role involves assisting with bookings, facilitating access to services, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to effective and efficient daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk
• Providing accurate and timely information and advice to all guests, visitors and residents
• Responding to special requests, account payments and other various queries
• Entering data and relevant information in MYBOS and Opera, ensuring accurate record history
• Collaborating with Bell Services, Loading Dock, Front Office & Villas, Gaming, Property Services, Spa and Food & Beverage
• Completing daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting to the deck and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney

Requirements

• Experience in a similar frontline hosting role within a hotel, hospitality or residential environment
• Ability to provide superior service and uphold expectations within a luxury environment
• Permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Understanding of Residential or Hotel PMS, such as MYBOS or OPERA is advantageous

Skills

• Strong skills with the Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc)
• Ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology
