About the Role
Lead the construction scheduling for the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, playing a crucial role within the Construction team by managing overarching schedules, reporting and analytics, resource allocation, and critical paths to optimise and streamline the development programme.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance across the programme.
- Conduct regular reviews of construction sequences, critical paths, and dependencies to assess risk, optimise resource allocation, and mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations aligned to project performance, milestone achievements, and similar points of note.
- Effectively coordinate with project teams to implement adjustments, reallocations where necessary, and reduce scheduling conflicts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and associated terminology.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics oversight across complex projects.
- Deadline-focused nature.
- Stakeholder management skillset to effectively communicate with key internal and external parties to drive outcomes.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
