Responsibilities

Provide technical support for laboratory products, focusing on cell culture products.
Offer expert technical assistance to researcher and engineer customers, from product selection to usage and troubleshooting.
Improve customer satisfaction and support sales target achievement through collaboration with other internal departments.
Respond to technical inquiries (phone/email) regarding cell culture-related products, molecular biology-related products, and small instruments, including plastic consumables, glassware, and reagents.
Provide technical consultation based on experimental data and research papers.
Perform troubleshooting and propose improvements.
Provide technical explanations and advice on product specifications, usage, and experimental conditions (including accompanying sales representatives on customer visits).
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and quality.
Conduct technical training for internal staff, including sales representatives.
Create technical materials and posters for academic conferences and seminars.
Present at academic conferences and exhibitions, and gather information.
Collect and share information on trends in the Japanese life science market internally.
Introduce and train distributors on products.

Requirements

5 years of research experience using cell culture techniques.
5 years of professional work experience.
