About the Role
Lead the customer-facing delivery and fulfilment of activation programs, ensuring all Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives and commercial activities are completed on time, in full, and to a high standard. Operate as the execution engine for activation delivery, ensuring activation plans are effectively built, refined, and deployed in line with customer and channel requirements. Own the development and ongoing management of a Trade Activation Blueprint, defining tiered activation models based on customer footprint, priority, and investment levels. Drive disciplined execution through standardized toolkits and retailer rate card alignment, ensuring all activation delivers strong compliance, execution quality, and return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing build and refinement of activation plans, ensuring alignment to customer requirements and execution readiness.
- Own end-to-end fulfillment and delivery of BTL activation activity, including management of fulfillment partners, ensuring timely and complete delivery of materials and assets.
- Develop and own the Trade Activation Blueprint, including tiered activation models and scalable toolkits for consistent execution.
- Ensure all activation activity is delivered within customer frameworks, compliance requirements, contractual obligations, and agreed rate cards.
- Track and manage activation performance, ensuring visibility of delivery, execution quality, compliance, and ROI, and driving continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in FMCG, Sales, Activation, Customer Marketing, or Field Sales.
- Experience in activation fulfillment, POS deployment, or execution delivery roles.
- Experience working with agencies or fulfillment partners.
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles and operational delivery.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and execution capability.
- Understanding of in-market execution, field operations, and customer requirements.
