About the Role
Philz is building culture and community by bettering people's days, one cup and one customer at a time. This role is active all day with many responsibilities, partnering with a communicative, supportive, and respectful team while embodying Philz Core Values.
Responsibilities
- Making drinks
- Preparing food orders
- Working the register
- Cleaning and stocking
Requirements
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity to make general observations in regards to safety and accuracy of work
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for a minimum of 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to express or exchange information by means of the spoken word
- Passion for people
- Willingness to learn

Salary/Compensations
- Starting base hourly rate is $20.50 to $21.50
- Team Members may earn an average of $7.00 additional per hour from tips
