About the Role

Tip Top Bakeries is seeking energetic and reliable Full-Time Production Operators for their fast-paced Gluten Free Mixing department in Ermington. This is an opportunity to join a company that feeds millions daily and is passionate about food.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Record production data and report any issues

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Great communication & team player
  • Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
  • Must be available for immediate starts
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including medical (drug & alcohol testing) and criminal record check

Salary/Compensations

  • $28.16 - 36.61 p/hr (Including Penalties) + Weekend Penalties
