About the Role
Re-Bath New Hampshire & Maine is seeking a Design Consultant in Portland, ME, to help homeowners remodel their bathrooms. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about design, sales, and improving homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess remodeling needs and present design solutions.
- Deliver product-focused sales presentations using Re-Bath's process.
- Develop accurate project estimates and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions and close sales.
- Collaborate with installation and project management teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales, design consulting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret design layouts, product specifications, and project scopes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on commission.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or interior design is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM software is preferred.
