About the Role

As a Qualcomm ASIC Engineer, you will define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for high-performance, low-power products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine product execution paths.

Responsibilities

• Define, model, design, optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development.
• Create advanced architectures, circuit specifications, logic designs, and system simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute implementation strategies.
• Evaluate complex process flows from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, timing, power, and verification.
• Utilize tools such as RTL to GDS Flow and Virtuoso to execute advanced architecture and design.
• Write and review detailed technical documentation for complex EDA/IP/ASIC projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while providing guidance to team members.
• Influence key organizational decisions through consultation with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to convey complex information through verbal and written communication.
• Ability to perform planning, problem-solving, and prioritization for tasks without defined steps.
