About the Role
In this role, you will work collaboratively within the RESIpm team across complex mixed-use strata assets, liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring common property areas and shared facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard while providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
- Manage multiple buildings within the precinct
- Ensure common property areas and Shared Facilities are kept in exceptional presentation
- Provide superior levels of customer service
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management or building operations and/or complex mixed-use projects
- Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised and close attention to detail
