About the Role
The Team Leader coordinates and manages team activities to ensure quality customer service delivery, focusing on accurate decision-making in applying legislation and policy. This role collaborates with Coordinators to ensure quality assurance, workflow productivity, priority management, and continuous improvement. This is a talent pool for future ongoing or temporary roles over the next 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage team activities
- Ensure delivery of quality responsive customer services
- Ensure correct and consistent decision making in applying legislation and policy
- Work with Coordinators to ensure quality assurance
- Work with Coordinators to ensure workflow productivity
- Work with Coordinators to ensure priority management
- Promote continuous improvement
Requirements
- Attach a cover letter (2 pages maximum)
- Attach an up-to-date resume that clearly details your skills & experience
- Address each of the Target Questions (500 word limit per question)
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen to be eligible for ongoing roles
- Successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check
- Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
