About the Role

As a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) in the CUBE Store Berlin-Spandau, you will take on technical and organizational responsibility for our bicycle and e-bike workshop in full-time employment. You will lead the workshop team, ensure high service and repair quality, and actively participate in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of bicycles and e-bikes. You can expect a permanent position in a modern workshop with over 4,000 m² of store and logistics space, clear processes, high-quality equipment, and attractive compensation.

Responsibilities

Lead the workshop team in daily operations and provide professional development for employees and trainees.
Organize workshop processes efficiently, including repair acceptance, appointment scheduling, and workload management.
Perform professional repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on bicycles and e-bikes.
Implement quality guidelines, monitor work results, and ensure high repair quality.
Provide friendly and solution-oriented customer service for service inquiries, technical questions, and complaints.
Handle parts sales, repair acceptance, and documentation of repair work.
Undertake basic commercial tasks such as calculation, supplier communication, and administrative duties.
Collaborate closely with store management and actively contribute to improvements in workshop operations.

Requirements

Completed training as a bicycle and e-bike mechatronics technician (specializing in bicycle technology) or equivalent qualification.
Master craftsman qualification in the bicycle trade or experience in workshop management is ideal.
Experience in repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of bicycles and e-bikes.
Enjoyment of employee leadership, team development, and training young professionals.
Service-oriented, reliable, and a high standard of quality characterize your work approach.
Confident demeanor and clear communication with customers, employees, and suppliers.
Enthusiasm for bicycles, e-bikes, and modern bicycle technology.
A passed instructor aptitude test is a plus.
Suitable for individuals with previous experience as a bicycle and e-bike mechatronics technician, bicycle mechanic, or workshop master.
