About the Role

The Regional Nursing Director (RND) contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating the AHF Mission and Core Values into the nursing leadership of Healthcare Centers (HCCs). This role enhances AHF's reputation by providing direction, training, and clinical support to HCC clinical staff, aiming for clinical excellence. The RND fosters a collaborative nursing environment that promotes excellence in clinical care and education. The role requires being a passionate advocate for top initiatives and adapting to a dynamic environment to ensure the best client and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, and technology integration.
  • Ensure ethical decision-making within the team.
  • Provide consistent value to the Healthcare Center Team, especially in high-stress environments.
  • Be flexible and professional at all times.
  • Travel to all Healthcare Centers in the bureau as needed and directed.
  • Maintain regular in-person oversight of Healthcare Centers through travel within the assigned Bureau.
  • Provide direction, training, and clinical support to all HCC clinical staff regarding performance and patient care services.
  • Achieve clinical excellence in accordance with internal and external requirements and standards.
  • Support a nursing environment where interdepartmental collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care and education is promoted and achieved.

Requirements

  • Multistate RN & BLS licenses and certifications.

Work Type

  • Travel within the assigned Bureau is required

Salary/Compensations

  • $135,000-$145,000
