Responsibilities

• Work closely and support all of the real estate partners in a broad range of transactional real estate matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents for sales, purchases, landlord, tenant, and development matters.
• Support partners in various business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years PQE.
• Technical legal expertise.
• Keen to work on high-profile and fast-moving real estate transactions.
• Developed career in a core commercial real estate practice focusing on high-profile and high-value real estate work, particularly in London markets.
• Experience in providing real estate corporate support is useful but not essential.
• Pro-active mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to express oneself both orally and in writing in a clear and constructive way.
• Willingness to ask questions, listen to others’ views and accept advice.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and seek improvements.
• Good internal client-handling skills, both by telephone and face-to-face.
