About the Role
Join Miele as a Retail Culinary Expert to bring premium appliances to life across our retail partner network. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations, hands-on training, and in-store events to inspire customers and strengthen the Miele brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, masterclasses and in-store events that showcase the features and benefits of Miele appliances
- Build strong relationships with retail partners by delivering product training and sharing expert product knowledge
- Create exceptional customer experiences by providing appliance advice, cooking tips and tailored product recommendations
- Support store merchandising, demonstration areas and promotional activities to ensure the Miele brand is presented at its best
- Collaborate with Sales, Culinary and Marketing teams to execute training programs, events and promotional initiatives
- Gather customer and market insights to support continuous improvement and identify new opportunities
- Maintain food safety standards, demonstration equipment and event preparation to ensure a premium experience every time
Requirements
- Passion for cooking, food and creating memorable customer experiences
- Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering demonstrations, training sessions or customer presentations
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others through engaging communication
- Flexibility to travel, work weekends and evenings when required
