About the Role
As a Care Services Employee at St Vincent’s Care Services, Yennora, you will be part of a dedicated team creating a welcoming and supportive care experience for residents. Responsibilities
- Providing care that is sensitive to resident’s individualised needs, preferences and choices.
- Building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
- Maintaining excellent records.
- Following the care plan.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
- Availability to work fixed term shifts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software).
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
