About the Role

As a Care Services Employee at St Vincent’s Care Services, Yennora, you will be part of a dedicated team creating a welcoming and supportive care experience for residents. Responsibilities

  • Providing care that is sensitive to resident’s individualised needs, preferences and choices.
  • Building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
  • Maintaining excellent records.
  • Following the care plan.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
  • 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
  • Availability to work fixed term shifts.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software).
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
  • Flexible availability to work any day of the week.
