About the Role

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. As a Bilingual Sales Advocate, you will have unlimited earning capacity with lucrative commission plans and receive training and tools for success. You will serve customers by providing the right solutions for their needs and have a career path with potential for upward mobility into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Engage with customers at events, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions to completion.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
