About the Role

As our Product Manager, Healthcare & Regulated Industries, you will lead Docebo’s product initiatives to elevate our platform for healthcare and regulated industry customers, making our product dominant and compelling in these key verticals. You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle—from regulatory readiness and gap remediation through continuous platform enhancement—to directly unlock global revenue growth. You will turn complex regulatory compliance into a powerful competitive edge, collaborating tightly with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to shape the future of regulated learning.

Responsibilities

  • Own and orchestrate the end-to-end product feature and compliance roadmap for healthcare and regulated industries, defining key milestones, managing cross-team dependencies, and controlling the critical path.
  • Lead readiness assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to ensure timely, audit-ready execution.
  • Lead the end-to-end preparation and maintenance of compliance with key frameworks like FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and EU Annex 11, partnering directly with Security, Legal, and third-party auditors and assessors.
  • Drive the effective implementation of required controls across Product, Infrastructure, and Security, and establish robust continuous monitoring processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, partnering with Engineering and DevOps on infrastructure hardening while aligning with Product teams to embed compliance-by-design development practices.
  • Engage Legal to address contractual, regulatory, and compliance implications.
  • Proactively identify compliance gaps and operational risks, maintain and continuously update the risk register with clear mitigation plans, and provide regular executive-level reporting.
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for evidence gathering and documentation management, promoting automation wherever feasible and tracking key metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare and regulated initiatives, supporting GTM teams during RFPs, security reviews, and due diligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Program or Product Manager within an Agile SDLC environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare or regulated industries, with deep exposure to at least one key compliance framework (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, or EU Annex 11).
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-domain programs from readiness through delivery across product, engineering, security, and legal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, allowing you to easily conquer ambiguity and build strong alignment with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deeply comfortable navigating fast-paced SaaS environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Product board to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
