About the Role

Stripe's Corporate Development M&A Integration team manages the lifecycle of acquisitions from close through steady state. We are a small but mighty team that operates as the hub connecting Stripe's functional groups with each acquired company. Our work is directly tied to some of Stripe's most strategically important bets, and we're actively managing a portfolio of acquisitions at different stages and integration models.

Responsibilities

Own program management of a major integration workstream end-to-end, including building the plan, sequencing dependencies, tracking functional commitments, surfacing risks, and driving decisions.
Develop strategic judgment to articulate the rationale and timing for workstream integration.
Manage peer-level relationships with functional leads independently.
Contribute to acquisition accountability metric reporting, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues.
Represent the integration team in cross-functional forums with a clear point of view.
Ramp into new domains quickly, structuring ambiguous situations into actionable plans, and identifying gaps proactively.
Utilize and create Stripe-approved AI tools to accelerate and improve work.

Requirements

4 to 8 years of experience in finance, operations, sales ops, marketing ops, or strategy.
Track record of owning complex cross-functional work in high-stakes environments.
Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
Experience navigating ambiguity without a playbook.
Experience delivering on timelines that weren't fully in your control.
Experience managing peer-level relationships across multiple functions to drive outcomes without formal authority.
Ability to ramp quickly into new domains and structure ambiguous situations into actionable plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and speak decision-first to any audience.
Active, demonstrated use of AI tools to improve the quality and pace of work.
M&A or integration experience.
