About the Role
Join one of the first marketing hires in San Francisco at a rapidly growing AI company. You will work alongside a global team, shipping at engineering velocity, and building AI tools to scale marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Marketing on social, content, community, events, email, partnerships, and SEO.
- Execute marketing tasks including writing social posts, editing video content, pitching creators, attending events, and engaging on community platforms.
- Identify and solve problems proactively.
- Utilize Emergent, Claude Code, Codex, and other agentic AI tools for marketing tasks.
- Build AI tools to improve the speed and efficiency of marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and launch projects independently (e.g., side projects, content platforms, AI tools).
- Deep understanding of online trends and ability to create engaging content.
- High-paced work ethic.
- Preference for building systems over performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to identify uninteresting content.
- Proficiency and daily use of AI tools, including agentic AI.
