About the Role
Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Channel Partner Lead to develop and execute sales strategies, build senior-level relationships with a large retailer, and drive revenue growth for Samsung’s Mobile Experience products.
Responsibilities
- Develop a successful sales strategy and relationship engagement matrix in a large retailer.
- Develop short and longer-term sales plans and targets to support revenue growth of Samsung’s Mobile Experience products within the account.
- Translate strategic intent into practical execution.
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with the retailer across multiple channels.
- Identify, strategize, and maximize new business opportunities.
- Manage, engage, and support the team.
- Engage and manage C-Level relationships.
- Collaborate with multiple support functions including Category, Marketing, Retail, Care, Commercial, Legal, and PR to drive favorable outcomes.
Requirements
- Understanding of the retail market within Australia.
- Preferably vendor/supplier management experience.
- Strong commercial experience.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets/expectations.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or forecasting in previous roles.
- Experience working with mobile carriers in conjunction with retailers is highly desired.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts including MSA.
