About the Role

Solutions Management professionals work with clients to design holistic solutions meeting business and technical needs. They provide pre-sales technical advice and product demonstrations, working hands-on with customers to demonstrate product integrations and optimize Visa’s product performance. All roles require digital fluency and the ability to work with emerging technologies like Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions that address business and technical needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing Visa product capabilities and integrations.
• Work directly with customers to support product integration and optimise the use and performance of Visa’s solutions.
• Leverage industry and technology knowledge to inform solution design and client support.
• Support the sales process by acting as a product technical expert and advisor.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of corebanking experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in product development methodologies.
• Experience in transforming business ideas into detailed requirements for technology teams to deliver new products or enhancements.
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience in managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in project management and Agile development.
• Experience in systems thinking and understanding of software development processes, including API-driven solutions and cloud technology.
• 10 or more years of corebanking Product Development/Implementation experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Able to demonstrate strong hands-on technical awareness, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, understand system architecture and APIs, and translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Experience in successful plan execution in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in operating independently and within a matrix/team environment.
• Experience in interacting effectively with external partners, including vendors, clients, and government regulators.
• Experience and willingness to travel.
