About the Role

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily operations, including merchandise processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment under the guidance of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and manage placement on the selling floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in store initiatives such as floor recovery and supply replenishment.
• Locate merchandise and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• Drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with state standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Ability to learn and retain merchandising standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Valid driver's license for roles requiring company vehicle operation.

• Strong computer skills.
