About the Role
The Budget and Scope Management team is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide administrative support. This position will collaborate with admin staff from other workstreams and ACS and serve as a primary contact for all admin-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collect and process office supply and printing requests from workstreams and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries.
- Maintain administrative records related to purchasing and printing orders.
- Assist with cost control by monitoring supply and printing expenses.
- Coordinate logistics for memberships, trainings, workshops, and/or events.
- Assist the Contract Manager in obtaining and collecting consultant documents.
- Track receipt of consultant documents and verify all required documents are included.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and records of consultant document status.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including account creation, ID, email access, and office equipment.
- Collect working equipment from exiting staff.
- Assist in office event planning.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide support with special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a continuous basis.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
