About the Role
Recurly is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Revenue Center product strategy, focusing on financial infrastructure including Fraud, Chargeback, Revenue Recognition, and ERP integrations. This role involves defining a product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes to support merchant growth.
Responsibilities
- Own Recurly’s fraud detection and prevention product strategy, building tools and integrations to reduce fraudulent transactions while minimizing friction.
- Drive the chargeback management roadmap, including dispute workflows, evidence submission, win-rate optimization, and merchant-facing tooling.
- Partner with data science and payment networks to improve fraud signal quality and automation.
- Own Recurly’s revenue recognition capabilities, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
- Build automated RevRec workflows to eliminate manual reconciliation and reduce audit risk.
- Own the ERP integration strategy, defining connections with major ERPs for seamless financial data flows.
- Build a scalable integration framework to reduce implementation time for new ERP partners.
- Perform generative research to ideate and prioritize customer-centric solutions within the Revenue Center domains.
- Own and defend theme-based product visions aligned with Recurly’s strategic objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive successful launches and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company, including taking products from 0-to-1.
- 2+ years owning products in one or more of: Fraud/Chargeback, Revenue Recognition, or ERP/financial integrations.
- Deep understanding of subscription billing models and their supporting financial workflows.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to build audit-ready, compliant product features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity and influence at the C-suite level.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of driving outcomes independently.
